The group is managed by Yitzhak Haddad, Chairman of the Ashdod and Coastal Contractors' Organization and a member of the presidency of the Association of Contractors and Builders of Israel. Yitzhak Haddad, who has extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of entrepreneurship and execution, serves as the group’s CEO, leading its direction and always maintaining personal contact with the group’s clients and service providers.
The group benefits from the professional services of Barak Haddad, the company’s Vice President of Business Development. Barak holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance and possesses extensive knowledge in initiating, advancing, and marketing projects. Legally, the company has relied for many years on attorney and notary Asaf Haddad, who specializes in real estate, holds a bachelor’s degree (L.L.B), and a master’s degree (M.B.T.) with honors. Asaf specializes in real estate taxation and corporate taxation in the field.
The group emphasizes the architectural aspect of projects through its in-house architect, Moti Benita, whose architectural work is reflected in the group’s projects. His office is responsible for the unique design and planning of the group’s projects, as well as the department for tenant modifications. The Yachad HaBonim group employs approximately 30 skilled workers with extensive experience in engineering, project management, marketing, and other fields. These veteran employees are the foundation of the group’s success.
